KEMP values its relationship with you and offers you the option to return hardware products you purchase if you are not completely satisfied within a certain period. Unless you have a separate agreement with KEMP or KEMP authorized partners, distributors or resellers, all KEMP branded hardware products may be returned to the original purchased KEMP partners, distributors, or resellers within 30 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice, for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees determined by your distributor or reseller plus the cost of repairing any damages to the product, if applicable.
How to Return a Product: Before returning a hardware product, customer MUST first contact KEMP customer service and obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number from KEMP before the end of the applicable return period. To send an email to KEMP customer service to request a RMA number, go to www.kemptechnologies.com/contact. You must ship the product back to your original KEMP partners, distributors, or resellers within 5 days of the date that KEMP issues the RMA number and return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment. The return shipping will be your expense, and please insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. No product may be returned or exchanged without an authorized KEMP RMA number.
Any product returned directly to KEMP without prior authorization from KEMP will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive credit for the product and KEMP will not ship the product back to you.
