Migrate or spin up instances quickly to minimize performance impact during outages and maintain higher availability.
Integrate load balancer operations with DevOps and hypervisor management frameworks.
Progress LoadMaster 360 provides organizations of all sizes with the insights and analytics necessary to validate that applications are performing as expected and to deliver the best possible user application experience.

LoadMaster offers flexible licensing options including Perpetual Licensing and Subscription Pooled Licensing.
Subscription Pooled Licensing offers quick and flexible provisioning of LoadMaster instances, easy scaling on demand, and reclaiming unused bandwidth to optimize resources efficiently while simplifying license management. A single pooled subscription allows you to distribute your license capacity across different Virtual LoadMasters running in any supported cloud or hypervisor.
Perpetual licenses permanently enable a LoadMaster for usage at the specified performance levels. This licensing approach is suited to organizations that have defined usage requirements for the product’s planned lifetime and wish to limit upfront costs while amortizing over the plan lifecycle.
Learn moreThe load balancer is most commonly a network device deployed closest to the application. It’s optimized for co-locating key security services, introducing zero-trust architecture models and providing a last line of defense.
Optimized application templates, intelligent content switching logic and a range of application-aware traffic steering methods ensure that client requests are always sent to the best possible target and consistent application experience is maintained
Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) enables multi-data center and multi-cloud resilience by leveraging service resource awareness and DNS to steer traffic across geographically distributed pools based on defined business logic
Seamlessly assign, recover, or resize LoadMaster licenses from a flexible pool with our Subscription Pooled License. Scale effortlessly, upgrade plans on-demand and benefit from included support.
Deploy fixed-size LoadMasters with a Perpetual license. Virtual LoadMaster is available in 1G, 5G, or Max models. Include an annual support subscription for advanced load balancing and dependable support.
Pooled Licensing offers enterprises and service providers a flexible and elastic way to license their application delivery resources. Pooled licenses can be issued to load balancers in varying capacities on demand. You can re-license to a lower or higher capacity as often as required without incurring additional cost.

Perpetual licensing permanently enables your LoadMaster to operate at specified performance levels. This model is ideal for organizations with defined and steady requirements. Maximize value by minimizing up-front cost and amortizing the cost over the usage lifetime. Perpetual licensing ensures your LoadMaster is always ready to deliver high availability, scalability, and security. Under this licensing option, we offer three Virtual LoadMaster models – VLM 1G, VLM 5G and VLM MAX.
Our entry point for virtual and cloud platforms. Delivering 1 Gbps throughput and 1,000 SSL transactions per second as well as providing maximum level of flexibility for customers.
Our most popular virtual load balancer for small and medium-sized enterprise customers. Delivering 5 Gbps throughput and 5,000 SSL transactions per second.
LoadMaster MAX is our most powerful virtual load balancer designed for large deployments delivering uncapped throughput and SSL transactions per second.
Every LoadMaster includes the core set of features that address the demands of Application Delivery and ensure service resilience with capabilities such as high availability and simplified administration with easy to use application templates

With pooled licensing, organizations can deploy LoadMaster instances across their infrastructure on demand. The pool capacity can be issued in any mix of license sizes ranging from 500 MB to 10 GB. These licenses can be assigned based on requirements and recovered to the license pool when no longer in use. This greatly reduces the administrative overhead of license procurement.
Subscription Pooled Licensing includes LoadMaster 360 and all features of the Enterprise Plus tier, such as GSLB, Zero Trust Gateway, application analytics, user insights, Enhanced WAF, WAF rule tuning, false-positive identification, and 24x7x365 support.
Perpetual licenses permanently enable a LoadMaster for usage at the specified performance levels. This licensing approach is suited to organizations that have defined usage requirements for the product’s planned lifetime and wish to limit upfront costs while amortizing over the plan lifecycle.
The perpetual license offers flexible deployment options and standard support with firmware updates and security fixes. It also includes all the core load balancing functions, such as Layer 4/7 load balancing, advanced SSL capabilities, traffic rate limiting and QoS, and intrusion prevention. Advanced features and functionality, such as WAF, GSLB and ESP, are available with specific support subscription tiers – Enterprise and Enterprise Plus.
Yes, you can switch between licensing plans. Please contact us for more details.
A perpetual license provides a fixed bandwidth. In case the requirement increases, a new license will be needed to meet the demand.
Pooled allows flexible plan upgrades, enabling quick and easy scaling on demand. This helps maintain high availability and business continuity.
