Vendor Neutral Archiving (VNA)

Vendor Neutral Archiving (VNA) is a way of storing medical records such as clinical images and text in a standard non proprietary way so that they can be read and used by any system that is authorized to access them. Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS) often share information via VNA methods.
