A framework to simplify the setup, configuration, change management, and delivery of virtualized networks. The MANO framework is maintained by the European Telecommunications Standards Industry (ETSI) and is made up of an NFV Orchestrator to manage deployment and deletion of VNF components, a VNF Manager to manage running components, and a Virtualized Infrastructure Manager (VIM) to manage the underlying physical infrastructure.
