When I attempt to upgrade the firmware on my LoadMaster, I receive the message " Update not permitted." How do I remedy this?

For all currently supported customers, please contact support with the subject "License Request". In the body of the email please include the serial number of the unit(s) you would like to upgrade, as well as their current associated use (Single, HA-1, HA-2).
