The prestigious Network Computing Awards were last night (Thursday 15 March 2013) in the UK. While we have had huge growth over the last year or so and have added loads of wonderful customers we know that given the big competitors in our space it really is a major achievement to win best in class for IT Optimisation.
Winner: IT Optimisation Product of the Year
For this reason we are especially delighted to announce that KEMP have won the category for ”IT optimisation product of the year” for our Loadmaster 5300 load balancer, beating out very strong competition.
We really are delighted with the win and it is a remarkable reflection on our teams commitment to creating a company and product that is really amazing. We pride ourselves on listening to our customers, on what they want, both in the capability of the product, the interface and support. It’s those customers who have really won this award for us.
Runner up: Hardware Product of the Year
We also were runner up in the “Hardware Product of the year” for the second year in a row. Pipped at the post again this year but it shows the consistency of KEMP products that we’re back in the running every year to win this award.
All in all, it was a fantastic night for KEMP Technologies. Leigh Bradford was there on the night to represent us and his tweets late last night were the first to alert the world to our success.
