The continuing KEMP success story is built on the strength and commitment of our channel partners and at our recent Partner Day we took the opportunity to recognise this support and mark another record year by presenting a series of awards. Over 50 resellers and distributors came along to Mercedes-Benz World at Brooklands to get an exciting insight into future technology developments at KEMP and celebrate both company and individual achievements.

Partner of the Year – Phoenix Software
Phoenix is a dedicated sales and technically driven partner that consistently hits its targets and has added many net new deals over the last 12 months. The prestigious Partner of the Year Award is recognition of its continued growth and commitment to KEMP.
Distributor of the Year – Getech
Getech has shown a strong commitment to grow the KEMP business, consistently over-achieving on targets set and also recruiting the most net new partners for the KEMP channel over the last 12 months. Congratulations to the Getech team.
New Partner of the Year – Icomm Technologies
Icomm has fully embraced the KEMP Partner Programme, completing the technical certification and sales training in record time. With six KEMP Certified Salespeople and five KEMP Certified Engineers, the Manchester-based company has significantly exceeded the minimum requirements for a KEMP Authorised Partner. Icomm has shown focus and enthusiasm for selling the KEMP portfolio, along with the ability to technically install and deliver high quality pre- and post-sales support.
Partner Sales Person of the Year – Ballum Sundram, Servnet UK
Ballum demonstrated exemplary sales skills and the ability to engage with KEMP right from the outset when working on a net new opportunity for a large local authority County Council. Servnet is a new partner for the KEMP channel, but Ballum took the initiative to write the tender and introduce KEMP to the customer early on in the sales cycle during an onsite meeting. The opportunity was won in record time with one of the shortest sales cycles in a tender process to date.
Technical Person of the Year – John Davies, Certus
Certus engaged with KEMP to deliver the full platform, including hardware, software and service delivery for a complex 65,000 user Health Service project won in a competitive tender for a five year hosted solution spanning two next-generation data centres running critical applications with demanding SLAs. From the outset, Certus took the lead on the project and recognised the benefits and value of KEMP technology. The delivered solution offered data centre fail over and manageable SLAs all within budget. As a result of Certus’s technical skill and competencies, the project was a highlight for KEMP and the technical award was awarded to John Davis, who is the Head of Service Delivery.
Our congratulations go to all our winners in hard fought categories. There were many other KEMP partners who deserve our praise and thanks and we look forward to working closely with all our channel partners over the next 12 months.
The successful Partner Day was concluded with a track session around the Mercedes track. While many claimed to have received high praise from the professional drivers afterwards, it seems Lewis Hamilton’s job is safe for now!
