Integrating Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 with Lync and SharePoint

What:

While each of the three products provide great experience and functionality by itself, when you combine the power of them working together, it becomes a great productivity booster and an amazing user experience. This Office 2013 family of products brings integration features that make products work harder for you. Bhargav will discuss integration of Lync Server 2013 and SharePoint 2013 with Exchange Server 2013, and the benefits it brings to both organizations investing in these products and end users who can get the most out of it.

In this session, Bhargav will present a real-world implementation of RBAC in an Exchange environment. He will also discuss lessons learned from teaching MCM candidates for both Exchange and Lync MCM program. Attendees will learn how RBAC can work for them in your Exchange and Lync deployments.

Load balancing Exchange and Lync Server 2013

What:

Exchange Server 2003 made you experts in memory management. Exchange Server 2007 made you experts in storage. And Exchange Server 2010 made you experts in load balancing. Load balancing Exchange Server 2010 and Lync Server 2010 wasn’t simple. It required a good working knowledge of networking and load balancing fundamentals to get it right. With the release of Exchange and Lync Server 2013, load balancing requirements have been changed to make it easier to implement. In this breakout session, Bhargav will look at load balancing before and after. How it has changed and what does it mean to you in practical terms? How does managed availability help make load balancing load balancing Exchange Server 2013 smarter? Bhargav will share tales from trenches and take a look at real-world implementations to achieve the load balancing nirvana for your Exchange and Lync Server 2013 deployments.
