Until now, the Progress Kemp LoadMaster support sites have been hosted on support.kemptechnologies.com. On November 12, we will move our support to the all-new Progress Support and Learning Hubs hosted on https://community.progress.com/s/.
In addition to standardizing our processes to align with the rest of the Progress portfolio, the new Support and Learning Hub offers additional functionality and benefits, such as deeper search capabilities, notifications and other features unavailable on our previous support site. Rest assured that we have planned this migration meticulously to provide a seamless transfer. Read on to learn more about the benefits.

Many features are designed to make your experience on the hub beneficial and enjoyable. Please get in touch with your Account Managers or Sales Representatives if you need clarification on any of the features discussed above.
If you already have an existing Progress ID or recent Kemp ID, you don’t have to do anything at all. You can log into the new site with the same credentials, and you’ll find that your profile, downloads and tickets will all be there.
As with any change, we understand you might be concerned about your existing profile and data from the previous support site. Rest assured that we have planned this migration meticulously to help provide a more seamless transfer.
If you are worried about your bookmarked links, rest assured that they will be redirected to the new site. Additionally, the new site contains onboarding videos that will help you perform tasks faster.
