In order to transact business, Kemp shares limited information with the Kemp partners that resell Kemp products. Kemp provide these partners limited customer information such as name, company name and address.
In addition, Kemp will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the law or comply with legal process served to Kemp; protect and defend the rights and property of Kemp; or act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Kemp.
Kemp does not rent or sell customer information to unaffiliated third parties for the purpose of marketing their products or services to you.
