How KEMP Uses the Information
The personal information KEMP requires when you request or download information is used only to service your account, support and improve KEMP’s products and services, and provide you with information on KEMP products and services. Unless you choose to identify yourself in responding to a request for information on the web site, you will remain anonymous to KEMP. Any personal information that is collected is not shared with third parties, except for KEMP partners, as described in this policy.
KEMP may also use aggregated user data from these web tools as part of research to develop new web features, tools, and content, and for market research related to its products.
KEMP limits the collection, retention and use of personal and customer information to what KEMP believes is necessary to legally conduct its business, and offer products and services to its customers. KEMP uses commercially reasonable safeguards to help protect your personal information, and uses reasonable efforts to obtain the agreement of business partners to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of personal information KEMP shares with them. However, no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
We will not keep your personal information for any purpose for longer than is necessary and will only retain the personal information that is necessary in relation to the purpose. We are also required to retain certain information as required by law or for as long as is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions.
The personal data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers, in which case the third country's data protection laws will have been approved as adequate by the European Commission or other applicable safeguards are in place.
Third Parties with Whom KEMP Shares Information
The majority of KEMP products are sold through its business partners (resellers, distributors, etc.). In order to transact business, KEMP shares limited information with the KEMP partners that resell KEMP products. KEMP also works with business partners to provide specific services, such as sending newsletters, providing software downloads or product deliveries, or handling credit or debit card transactions. KEMP provide these partners limited customer information such as name, company name and address.
In addition, KEMP will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the law or comply with legal process served to KEMP; protect and defend the rights and property of KEMP; or act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of KEMP.
KEMP does not rent or sell customer information to unaffiliated third parties for the purpose of marketing their products or services to you.

Although you do not need to accept all cookies from the website or you may choose to delete any cookies received from the website, some cookies may be needed to navigate through parts of the website before certain actions can be performed to enable KEMP to analyze accurate repeat website visitor behavior information, or to prevent the same surveys from reappearing upon subsequent visits.
